Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic Deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat rate of €3.50 per order for shipping.
For orders over €29, shipping is free.

International Deliveries:

We charge a flat rate for international shipping as follows:

Austria: €10
Switzerland: €15
Rest of EU (European Union): €25

Delivery Times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, domestic delivery (Germany) of goods takes place within 2-4 working days, and international deliveries within 5-7 working days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
